The property was great! The best part about the whole thing was the young lady at the front desk Jada! Her customer service was exceptional! We booked through booking. Com and some how what we book wasn’t what she was showing on her computer but she was very professional and took care of the situation. As we were checking out she was there to greet us with a smile on her face. Tru you did a great job with hiring Jada for this position. Her smiling face and great attitude is exactly the kind of person you need working the front desk.

The hotel was in a very nice location, I felt safe. I was very pleased with my receptionist Jada. She was very friendly and gave awesome customer service. She took the time to provide a short brief about breakfast time, check out, and even helped me to make tea. She certainly left a lasting impression, so much that I would book a future reservation at this location. Thank you Jada! 😊

I loved the cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and professional. The spaciousness of the room made for a comfortable stay. The coat hooks were a great idea. All the extra space under the counters for luggage storage instead of drawers people rarely use was genius. Having the wipe board in front of the elevator providing information with things to do, restaurant suggestions etc.
